Dresden Raised White Enamel Paste is used for jeweling work and other embellishments on porcelain. It produces a raised 3-D effect. the enamel powder is mixed with our 00 029 Texture Paste Oil to produce this premixed paste. It fires to a very hard enamel.
Instructions: Using a Plastic knife stir premixed paste well before using. Remove a small amount onto a clean mixing tile. thin only with Pure Gum Spirits of Turp if necessary; mixing until you achieve a creamy and stringy consistency. Paste must string for scrolls. For dots, do not thin as much. The dots should be rounded with no peaks on the top.
Raised White Enamel Paste should be allowed to dry completely before firing. Once dry, fire to .017 or .016. When covering with gold fire one cone cooler at .018
This product can be refired repeatedly without fear of plinging.
.017 = 780 C /1436 F .018 = 752 C/1385 F
